Job Description: As a Visual Merchandiser at our Eastbourne location, you will play a vital role in creating captivating displays that showcase our products and enhance the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with store management to develop and execute creative merchandising plans that align with Primark’s brand image and seasonal promotions.
• Using your creativity and keen eye for design to arrange products in visually appealing displays that attract customer attention and drive sales.
• Ensuring that merchandise is presented in accordance with Primark’s standards and guidelines, including proper placement, styling, and signage.
• Regularly updating displays and adjusting layouts to reflect changes in inventory, promotions, and seasonal trends.
• Monitoring sales performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize merchandising strategies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail display, preferably in the fashion industry.
• A passion for fashion and design, with a strong understanding of current trends and consumer preferences.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and provide guidance on visual merchandising best practices.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
