Job Description: As a Visual Merchandiser at our East Kilbride location, you will play a key role in creating visually stunning displays that showcase our diverse range of products and drive sales. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with store management to develop and implement creative merchandising strategies that align with Primark’s brand image and objectives.
• Creating eye-catching displays that highlight key merchandise categories, promotions, and seasonal trends, ensuring that products are presented in an attractive and accessible manner.
• Regularly refreshing displays to maintain visual appeal and keep the store looking fresh and inviting for customers.
• Monitoring inventory levels and working closely with the store team to ensure that merchandise is restocked and replenished as needed.
• Providing guidance and training to store colleagues on visual merchandising best practices and product presentation standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in visual merchandising, ideally within a retail environment.
• A passion for fashion and design, with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of current trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.
