Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards in accordance with Primark’s guidelines and brand standards.
- Collaborating with the store management team to plan and execute creative display layouts that highlight key products, promotions, and seasonal trends.
- Ensuring that all displays are well-maintained, organized, and stocked throughout the day.
- Monitoring sales performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail display, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
