    Location: Birmingham, UKEmployment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time AvailableKey Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
    • Prepare and serve food and drinks, ensuring quality and freshness.
    • Keep the shop clean, organized, and fully stocked.
    • Operate tills and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
    • Follow health and safety standards to maintain a hygienic environment.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive atmosphere.

    Requirements:

    • Passion for customer service and a positive, can-do attitude.
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus but not required!
