What You’ll Be Doing

As a Retail Sales Associate, your goal is to make every customer’s shopping experience enjoyable and seamless. You’ll keep the store looking fantastic, support your team, and make sure each customer receives a warm, helpful welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and offer assistance on the shop floor

• Restock shelves and ensure displays are neat and well-presented

• Operate tills, process purchases, and handle returns efficiently

• Maintain fitting rooms and answer customer enquiries

• Support compliance with health & safety and store policies

• Work closely with your teammates to meet daily targets

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, enthusiastic attitude with strong people skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and late shifts

• Comfortable working in a busy retail environment

• Keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to tasks

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not essential)
