Job Description:

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Warehouse Operatives at our facility in Kegworth, United Kingdom. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in the fulfillment of customer orders, working in a fast-paced warehouse environment to pick, pack, and ship products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, using handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment.
• Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are properly packaged and labeled for delivery.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, including keeping aisles clear and disposing of packaging materials properly.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Adhere to quality standards and perform regular quality checks to ensure that products meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, including standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
