Job Title: Amazon Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview:
Amazon is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Fulfillment Associates at our Manchester Fulfillment Center. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be an essential part of our operations, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Order Picking and Packing: Select and pack customer orders with precision, ensuring they are ready for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Receive, organize, and manage inventory within the warehouse.
- Sorting and Scanning: Sort packages by destination and ensure they are scanned correctly for dispatch.
- Quality Checks: Conduct inspections to ensure products meet Amazon’s high standards before shipping.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely (training provided).
- Safety Adherence: Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with your team to meet productivity targets and ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Physical Endurance: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 23 kg (50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all tasks, particularly in order picking and packing.
- Reliability: Punctuality and consistent attendance are crucial.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- No Experience Required: Full training provided. We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
