    Job Description: As a Warehouse Operator at Aldi’s Sawley distribution center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
    • Receiving, storing, and organizing incoming goods in designated warehouse areas.
    • Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles in a timely manner.
    • Conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
    • Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and responsibly.
    • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
    Requirements:
    • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
    • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Valid forklift operator certification (desirable but not essential).
