    Role Overview:We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Fan Experience Retail Team Leader to oversee our retail operations at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and other retail locations. As a Team Leader, you’ll drive exceptional customer service, ensure smooth store operations, and inspire your team to deliver unforgettable fan experiences.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and motivate a team of retail assistants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Oversee daily operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
    • Act as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
    • Maintain high standards of presentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
    • Support the Retail Manager in planning for matchday and event operations.
    • Identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall fan experience.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Previous leadership experience in a retail or customer-focused environment.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, especially during matchdays and events.
    • Knowledge of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and its values is a plus.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays as required.
