Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using electronic cash registers
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked with products and perform regular stock replenishment
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries of goods
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
- Provide assistance to customers with inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
